Refunds & Replacements: Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer refunds?

Because each item is custom-made to your specific color, material, and design specifications, we do not offer general refunds. However, if there is a functional defect or an error made on our end during the printing process, we are committed to making it right.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products for their journey from Ewa Beach, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Email us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement print for you at no additional cost.

The color/texture looks slightly different than the photo. Can I return it?

3D printing is an additive process that creates unique surface textures (layer lines). Additionally, filament colors can vary slightly between batches from our providers (Bambu, Sunlu, Voxel, 3D-Fuel). We cannot offer refunds for minor aesthetic variations or "change of heart" returns.

What if my custom-designed part doesn't fit?

  • If we designed it: If you provided accurate measurements and our design fails to meet them, we will iterate and re-print the part for you.

  • If you provided the file: We are responsible for the quality of the print, but the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions in the uploaded file. We recommend double-checking your digital models before submission.

Can I cancel my order?

  • You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as production has not yet started. Once the 3D printers are running, we have already committed material and machine time to your project, and the order can no longer be canceled.
