Welcome to Araizan Labs. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Print Quality: 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. While we use high-quality materials and professional-grade equipment, small surface variations, layer lines, and minor artifacts are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
File Accuracy: Customers providing their own 3D models (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) are responsible for the structural integrity and scale of the design. We are not liable for prints that fail due to poor original design files provided by the customer.
Material Selection: We provide guidance on PLA, PETG, and PCTG. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for choosing the material that fits their specific environmental or mechanical needs.

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Quotes provided via our contact form are valid for 30 days.

Location: We ship from Ewa Beach, Hawaii.
Lead Times: Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and print complexity. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Issues: Once a package is handed to a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather.

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom-designed or custom-printed items unless the product arrives damaged or significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications.
Standard Items: For non-custom catalog items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

Ownership: We respect the intellectual property of design creators. We will not print models that clearly violate copyright laws.
Client Designs: You retain ownership of any original files you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a license to use the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Araizan Labs LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our printed products. Our 3D prints are not rated for high-load automotive, medical, or life-safety applications unless explicitly stated and certified in writing.
